I thought it might be fun to show you guys what I did this week. So just a little update from my life! This week, it was pretty much all about food, lol. I might turn this blog into a food blog after all. xD If you know me, you know that I LOVE food! :)
This is my latest obsession. Toasted sandwich with Philadelphia on top! Nomnomnom! I try to eat less meat lately, I normally always ate a grilled ham sanwich. And this is perfect, because I don't really like to eat a cheese sandwich and this sandwich isn't sweet and sugary like one with jam or chocolate sprinkles. Perrrrrfect! Tim and I were on ourselves the last 2 weeks, so we needed to cook! No problem for me, because I like cooking and because I have stomach problems I know exactly what to use and not. This dish was so yummy! I pretty much used this recipe from Ochikeron, I only added some chicken with it. This new dish was delicious! I can't wait to make it again. My first cup of hot cocoa after a long time! With whipped cream and some cinnamon on top, delish! It's beginning to feel like Autumn these days. It was rainy and I became sick in the middle of this week. I have a little throat infection and I'm not really feeling better. Anyway I was having it cold so I made myself a big up of hot cocoa. >w< I tried a different recipe to make American Pancakes this week. I normally always use this recipe from Callum Hann (from Masterchef Australia) and now I used one from a Dutch magazine. It wasn't that good. Don't get me wrong, it was still pretty tasty but I prefered Callum's recipe, so I will stick to that one! :) I only need to get a better frying pan, they won't get evenly brown with the one I'm using right now. I try to get more healthier, so my breakfast this week was pretty much Greek yogurt with some oatmeal and jam. And on this picture with some strawberries. And to be honest, I feel much better with this breakfast! I will try to stick with this. As you can see, lots and lots of food! I drank a lot of tea with honey this week, really A LOT!
